How does a Telemedicine visit work?
Book an appointment on-line at a time that is convenient for you. You will receive a link which will connect you in real time with a provider at the time of your scheduled appointment. You will be able to use this audio/video conference using apps on a computer, tablet, or your mobile device.
Does Saluda Telemedicine accept my insurance?

What if I do not have insurance?
No Problem. We accommodate our private pay patients and follow CMS guidelines to charge a fair, standardized visit fee of $65.00.
What if I am an active duty service member or Veteran with TriCare Insurance?
Thank you for your service. Veterans and active duty service members will not be charged a co-payment.

What conditions can you treat?
We treat Urgent, Non-Emergency and Sick Visits such as: Flu/Cold; Strep /Sore Throat; Upper Respiratory Infection; Skin wound; cellulitis; rash; Gout exacerbation; Pink Eye; Urinary Tract Infection; Constipation; Diarrhea; and other minor conditions.
Which medications can Saluda Telemedicine prescribe?
Our providers are able to provide most medications outside of controlled substances.
Can Saluda Telemedicine help me with the CoronaVirus (COVID-19)?
The CDC recommends that you call your doctor before you go into the office. If your doctor is busy, or if you do not have a doctor, you can easily book an appointment online with us.
Is the Technology that you use HIPAA compliant?

Do I need to sign a Consent Form ?
Yes. Users are required to sign/give consent for use of Video Technology, authorization for release of medical records, as well as telemedicine visit(s).
Does Saluda Telemedicine treat Behavioral Health conditions?
At this time, we do not treat Behavioral Health conditions.
